Package 3
- Once a year we will service and inspect all the locks and hinges on your doors and windows to ensure their long life. Please note that all repairs and replacements will incur an additional small fee.
- Our emergency hotline is open 24/7, so you can count on us whenever you need help. If you experience a gas leak, water leak, or any urgent situation, we're ready to assist you (repair charge apply)
- We can help by securely holding a key for you. We can help when you're away or lost your key. Rest assured, the key will not have any address labeled on it to protect your safety.
- Once a year, we will test all smoke and carbon detectors using a testing device and change their batteries. We will also check for fire hazards and ensure you are prepared in case of emergency
-  Each year, after the inspection, we put together a condition report. This report provides a general overview of the building's structural condition, highlights maintenance issues, and notes any defects we observe. The inspection also involves a visual check of the electrical installations, plumbing, and gas systems. We will examine the outside drainage for any signs of blockage, check the gutters, and look for any leaks from the roof. Additionally, we will test the ventilation systems
- On request condition plan will include photos of both the interior and exterior.
Boiler service and gas certificate

A boiler service includes a series of checks and inspections to ensure your boiler is working safely and efficiently. A qualified engineer will typically perform the following tasks: 

• Boiler casing inspection: Ensure the boiler casing is sealed properly 

• Boiler firing: Fire the boiler to identify any obvious faults 

• Boiler safety checklist: Provide a boiler safety checklist 

• Advice on energy efficiency: Provide advice on energy efficiency 

• Visual inspection: Check for corrosion and leaks, and ensure the boiler is up to standard 

• Internal component check: Open the boiler to check the heat exchanger, burner, main injector, and safety devices 

• Gas pressure and flow setting review: Check the system pressure and adjust it if needed 

• Flue terminal inspection: Ensure the terminals are sealed correctly and not blocked 

• Gas tightness test: Perform a gas tightness test to ensure there are no gas leaks 

A boiler service can help keep your family safe, save on energy bills, and get early warning of issues. A full boiler service can take between 30 to 60 minutes, but could take longer if the engineer comes across a fault

The advanced package also includes the installation of a security system in the house, which connects to our office. Customers can inform us when they are away, allowing us to send someone to check if the alarm is triggered. Please note that the cost of the security system must be covered by the customer.

Every year, our electrician checks the electrical installation and issues a condition report.
