- Once a year we will service and inspect all the locks and hinges on your doors and windows to ensure their long life. Please note that all repairs and replacements will incur an additional small fee.
- Our emergency hotline is open 24/7, so you can count on us whenever you need help. If you experience a gas leak, water leak, or any urgent situation, we're ready to assist you (repair charge apply)
- We can help by securely holding a key for you. We can help when you're away or lost your key. Rest assured, the key will not have any address labeled on it to protect your safety.
- Once a year, we will test all smoke and carbon detectors using a testing device and change their batteries. We will also check for fire hazards and ensure you are prepared in case of emergency
-  Each year, after the inspection, we put together a condition report. This report provides a general overview of the building's structural condition, highlights maintenance issues, and notes any defects we observe. The inspection also involves a visual check of the electrical installations, plumbing, and gas systems. We will examine the outside drainage for any signs of blockage, check the gutters, and look for any leaks from the roof. Additionally, we will test the ventilation systems
- On request condition plan will include photos of both the interior and exterior.
